Lani Kai: looks like it's my turn to go at this alone today
Lani Kai: so these locks are holding a gate to a post
Lani Kai: I'm pretty sure it would be easier and less expensive if they just went to Home Depot and bought a foot of chain and ONE lock...

Lani Kai: or the City of Laguna Beach had a pile of locks sitting around
Lani Kai: where do they keep all the keys for these anyway?
